The B's Trio at 7pm is a solid way to kick off the weekend somewhere a little more elevated than your usual spot. Those 36-foot stone fireplaces throw serious heat and the acoustics bounce hard off all that 1913 granite, so once the crowd settles in with their cocktails the whole hall turns into a proper rumble. Get there closer to 7 if you want actual conversation before the room swells.
