One World on a Wednesday is always a solid move, good beer, chill crowd, not too packed. Connor Koz' Grass Underground sounds like the kind of thing that'll make mid-week feel less like mid-week. The West Asheville outpost landed in 2018 after the downtown location proved the concept, turning a formerly abandoned building on Haywood Road into a dual-zone hangout with an outdoor stage and indoor taproom. The brewery runs a full bar and keeps things flexible with all-ages shows until 8pm, plus parking out back off Allen Street that actually exists.
