Natti Love Joys plays Sunday, September 20. Roots rock reggae band out of Cincinnati that's been playing shows since 2003. They mix rock guitar with reggae rhythms in a way that feels more jam-oriented than straight reggae cover band stuff. Highland Brewing handles the daylight shift while downtown venues take the night, covered stage on the meadow, food trucks parked nearby, and enough space that you can bring the dog and kids without stress. The oldest brewery in Asheville keeps it relaxed in east AVL with easy parking and a beer garden setup that works for bluegrass, Americana, and jam bands rolling through before sunset.
