One World on a Wednesday is always a solid midweek reset, and their downtown spot has that laid-back brewery vibe that works when you need to get out but don't want a whole scene. Good room to grab a pint and see what this is about without committing your whole night. One World Brewing West runs four different residencies Sunday through Wednesday, so the lineup rotates week to week depending on who's holding down which night. The West Asheville spot opened in 2018 with both an outdoor stage and indoor taproom, and you can bring your dog if you show up before 8pm.
