Jazz Showcase & Jam at Shamrock Irons Irish Pub, on Thursday, October 15 at 7:00 PM. Easy one to plan a night around.

You can post up close to the stage or grab a table further back depending on whether you want to be in it or just catch the set over a Guinness. The pub keeps a proper kitchen going late, so you're covered if you roll in hungry after the music starts. No cover for the regular live shows, which run most nights of the week.

Shamrock Irons is a downtown Asheville Irish pub hosting live music every night — Irish folk, acoustic singer-songwriters, and rotating cover bands. Guinness on draft, fish and chips on the menu.

"Typical pub atmosphere... fish and chips which was crisp, tasty and very good. Owner/waiter very accommodating friendly."
