Sage Christie / Jake Manzi / Lowside plays Sly Grog Lounge on Thursday, October 8 at 7:00 PM. Get there a little early if you want a good spot.

Sly Grog Lounge is an Asheville bar with serious personality. Inside you'll find wild decor, thrift shop oddities, vintage video games, pinball, board games and art supplies. It's also one of Asheville's true DIY music venues, booking heavy rock, punk, weird synth, DJ and electronic sets, with Foxy & Co. for vinyl, music gear and thrift finds. It's open every night until 2 AM.

Locals love the all-are-welcome crowd, the creative streak and a music calendar as unpredictable as Asheville itself. The crowd is laid-back and artsy, the staff is friendly, and nobody minds if you're an art-rock fan or just want a good beer.
