Wednesday night at the Grove Park Inn hits different when you need that midweek reset. The Great Hall gives you that historic mountain lodge feel without having to commit to a full weekend thing. The Great Hall stays comfortable most nights, but if you grab a table near the doors that open to the mountain views, the evening air can drop in pretty quick, worth tossing a jacket in the car. Those 36-foot fireplaces throw serious heat in the center of the room, but the temperature drops off the further you sit from them.
