Clean out the closet and dig out the costumes. Westville Pub is hosting another one of its classic clothing swaps, this time all about fall layers and the Halloween costumes you're ready to retire.

There's no minimum to bring. Just lay out your clothes and start swapping. Tag a friend and make a night of it with something from the bar.

Wednesday, October 14, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Westville Pub, 777 Haywood Road in West Asheville.

Westville Pub has been West Asheville's neighborhood pub on Haywood Road since 2002. The kitchen does home-cut fries, burgers, local trout quesadillas and jerk chicken, the taps lean on local craft beer, and it's open seven days a week from 10:30 AM to 2 AM.

Locals treat it like a second living room, with pool tables inside and a full bar.
