Shelby Smith plays Crowbar Asheville on Thursday, October 15 at 9:00 PM. Get there a little early if you want a good spot.

The spot sits right on Patton Ave within walking distance of Pritchard Park and the rest of downtown Asheville's bar scene, making it a solid stop whether you're starting the night or bouncing between venues. It's the bar that took over The Thirsty Monk space, so locals already know the address.

A crow-themed bar in the former Thirsty Monk space on Patton Ave, opened in 2025 by chef Michael Reppert and partner Brenden Wyand. Cocktails, local brews, snacks, pool, arcade games, karaoke, and free live music every Thursday and Saturday night at 9pm.

Locals love the crow theme and the old-school decor, plus the pool table and arcade games. On Thursday and Saturday nights there's a full live band with no cover, which makes it an easy downtown stop.
