The Connect: Community Jam at The One Stop, on Tuesday, October 27 at 8:00 PM. Grab a friend and make a night of it.

Local players treat this spot like their after-hours hang, so the crowd skews toward people who actually know the difference between a bridge and a breakdown. The late-night energy downstairs from AMH means sets often stretch past midnight when the right people show up.

The One Stop is the smaller room at Asheville Music Hall, a bar, kitchen and live music venue at 55 College St in downtown Asheville. Shows usually start around 9 or 10 PM, with local and regional bands most nights and weekly nights like Shakedown Sundays. It's 21 and up, and the bar opens at 6 PM most nights and 5 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Regulars treat it as the late show, catching a band here after the main room lets out. It's a good place to hear a band before they move up to bigger rooms.
