Mara Johnson & The Carolina Tumbleweed Band

Mara Johnson & The Carolina Tumbleweed Band plays Fitz and the Wolfe on Friday, October 16 at 7:00 PM. Get there a little early if you want a good spot.

Kass Blount & the Burners show up regularly in The Showroom, which makes sense given the venue's honky-tonk and country programming since opening in that old Isa's Bistro spot downtown. The full bar and smash burgers don't hurt either when you're settling in for a Friday or Saturday night set.

Fitz and the Wolfe is a downtown Asheville live music venue with three rooms: The Showroom for honky tonk and dancing, The Den for pinball and pool, and The Palm Room speakeasy for cocktails. Hosts swing dance and singer-songwriter nights.

Locals love the venue’s versatility, describing it as Asheville’s nightlife playground. From energetic honky tonk dancers to relaxed cocktail sippers, guests enjoy the multiple rooms that cater to different moods under one roof. The event lineups are consistently fresh and jam-packed with local favorites and touring bands. The Palm Room’s ambiance and cocktails are especially praised for a quieter, stylish evening.
