Hillman Beer is a family-owned microbrewery and pub located on Sweeten Creek Road near Biltmore Village. Opened in 2017, this inviting taproom has built its reputation on classic, true-to-style beers, like robust ESBs, Kölschs, Hefeweizens, Brown Ales, and lagers, served fresh in a space designed with community, comfort, and conversation in mind.

Hillman’s kitchen features standout sandwiches, burgers, melts, wraps, and creative salads, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, making it a go-to for regulars seeking both quality beer and satisfying food. There's also a second Hillman taproom in Old Fort, right off Interstate 40 at Exit 73, with more than 32 taps.

Regulars appreciate Hillman Beer’s consistent staff hospitality and the authentic pub vibe that makes everyone feel right at home. The relaxed taproom, shaded patio, and creekside seating attract families, friend groups, and solo beer lovers alike, especially those looking for a quiet spot out of downtown’s bustle.

The brewery’s rotating selection always includes core Hillman favorites and seasonal releases, and the kitchen keeps guests coming back with dependable classics like the Cuban sandwich or burger and chips.
