Wicked Spooky 5k & Creepy Crawly Climb at Wicked Weed Funkatorium

Run Halloween morning in costume with the Wicked Spooky 5k, starting and finishing at the Wicked Weed Funkatorium on the South Slope. New this year, the Creepy Crawly Climb is a quarter-mile kids' hill climb up Coxe Avenue, and parents can run along.

The kids' climb starts at 8:40 AM and the 5k starts at 9 AM. Registration includes a Wicked Weed beer or an N/A drink, a finisher medal, a long sleeve shirt, chip timing and a donation to MountainTrue. Pick up your packet Friday from 4 to 6 PM.

The 5k is about $61 and the kids' climb is $10. Sign up before spots run out.

Located in the South Slope of Asheville, the Funkatorium is the East Coast’s first sour beer dedicated taproom. Featuring over a dozen varieties of these styles on draught, visitors can expect a full immersion into the old world way of experiencing and appreciating beer along with a creative food menu.
