Cellarest Beer Project throws Cellar Fest VI, its yearly party for the beers that have been resting in the cellar. Expect fresh cellar releases like a smoked helles, a festbier, a keller pils and a Szechuan peach wild saison, plus guest taps.

Things kick off Friday at noon at the West Asheville beer parlour on Haywood Road, with Thai food on hand and live bands and DJ sets on the schedule. Well-behaved pets and kids are welcome, as always.

It's free to get in. Bring your friends to Haywood Road on Friday and drink the cellar while it's fresh.

Cellarest Beer Project is a small-batch brewery on Haywood Road in West Asheville, open since February 2020. They make farmhouse-inspired ales and lagers, many fermented in wooden barrels, plus organic wine, cider and seltzer.

Locals like how the beer changes with the seasons, with fresh releases and collaboration brews rotating through. Kids and well-behaved pets are welcome.
