Sunday night at One World West, which is a solid low-key spot for winding down the weekend. The west side location has that neighborhood brewery feel, good for catching a show without making it a whole thing. The West Asheville outpost gives you actual breathing room in the outdoor area, which wraps around the stage and lets you post up with a beer without getting boxed in. The brewery runs four weekly residencies that rotate through the calendar, so you can catch anything from afrobeat to psych rock depending on the night. Bring your dog before 8pm if that's your thing.
