Subdivision // Camel Cash // Feral Wretch

Subdivision // Camel Cash // Feral Wretch plays Fleetwood's on Thursday, October 29 at 9:00 PM. Grab a friend and make a night of it.

Fleetwood's holds down about 150 on Haywood Road with a proper dive bar setup, standing room, a few booths, and a full bar that keeps pouring while local punk and garage bands run late into the night. Street parking works out most times, and the room leans toward the 21-and-over crowd who know West Asheville's after-dark spots.

West Asheville bar, live music venue, legal wedding chapel, and vintage shop rolled into one, housed in a former pawn shop at 496 Haywood Rd. Hosts rock, punk, and comedy acts along with weekly karaoke and DJ nights. Beer and wine bar only. Capacity around 50. A 1958 Cadillac sits out front; Sunday brings the Junk-O-Rama outdoor vintage market.

Locals say it's hard to explain until you go. Walk past the old Cadillac out front, grab a beer, flip through the vintage racks, then watch a punk band play a few feet from where someone just got married. Weeknights bring live music or karaoke, and Sundays have the flea market.
