Wednesday night at The Omni Grove Park Inn hits different when you need something a little more refined than your usual midweek spot. The Great Hall is that kind of room where you can actually settle in and listen without feeling like you're missing the party. Those massive fireplaces throw serious heat in the center of The Great Hall, but grab a seat near the doors to the terrace and the mountain air will cool you down fast, toss a jacket in the car just in case. The stone walls and open-air setup mean temperature pockets are real, especially once the sun drops behind Sunset Mountain.
