Location: Asheville Music Hall

George Porter Jr. & Runnin' Pardners plays Asheville Music Hall on Saturday, November 21. Easy one to plan a night around.

The upstairs room packs about 500 bodies shoulder to shoulder, and when tickets move on a name with pull, the floor gets dense before doors even close. Show up early if you want breathing room near the stage, especially since parking around downtown Biltmore stays tight all night.

Asheville Music Hall is a downtown Asheville concert venue on Patton Avenue that brings in national touring acts, rising bands and local favorites in a room that feels big but still personal. The sound and lights are dialed in for rock, indie, hip-hop, electronic and pop shows, and the layout lets you get close to the stage or step back for a breather. The One Stop is its smaller sister room in the same building.

Locals count on Asheville Music Hall for consistent shows, friendly staff and a smooth night from the door to the encore. The crowds are into it but respectful, and it's a good place to catch a band before they blow up.
