The Scoop
La Sonora Carolina plays Highland Brewing Company on Sunday, November 1 at 2:00 PM. Grab a friend and make a night of it. Highland Brewing runs the daytime shift when downtown venues are still dark, with a covered stage on the meadow and enough parking that you can actually bring the dog and the kids without stress. The oldest brewery in Asheville knows what it's doing with bluegrass and jam bands in the afternoon sun, and the food trucks and beer garden make it easy to settle in until early evening.
