Panchiko plays Friday, April 16. British indie rock band from Nottingham that blew up online after their 2000 demo D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L got rediscovered on a degraded CD in 2016. They reformed in 2020 after basically being a lost shoegaze-y internet mystery for years. The room was designed to hit hard, and the sound system delivers every decibel without distortion. It's a standing-only floor that holds just under a thousand, so you're close to the stage no matter where you post up. Downtown Biltmore location means parking is a scramble, but the sonic payoff makes it worth circling the block.
