Sunday afternoons at the taproom turn into an open-door session where anyone with an instrument can jump in and play, no cover and no RSVP needed. The indoor stage fits about 100, so it stays loose and close, and since it's their weekly free tradition, the regulars know to show up early if they want a seat.
