The brewing side of things means you can settle in with a beer and not feel like you have to commit to a whole scene. One World's West Asheville outpost runs rotating residencies Sunday through Wednesday nights, so the calendar shifts week to week depending on who's holding down which slot. The brewery pours full bar plus growlers and crowlers, and you can bring your dog until 8pm if that's part of your weeknight routine.
