Frute w/ Peach Candy Nut Boys / Starseer plays Asheville Music Hall on Friday, December 18. Grab a friend and make a night of it.

Most shows here run through Etix, so grab your ticket there before heading upstairs to the standing room. The 500-cap space books everything from heavy bands to hip-hop acts, and shows typically roll late into the night with a younger crowd packing in tight.

Asheville Music Hall is a downtown Asheville concert venue on Patton Avenue that brings in national touring acts, rising bands and local favorites in a room that feels big but still personal. The sound and lights are dialed in for rock, indie, hip-hop, electronic and pop shows, and the layout lets you get close to the stage or step back for a breather. The One Stop is its smaller sister room in the same building.

Locals count on Asheville Music Hall for consistent shows, friendly staff and a smooth night from the door to the encore. The crowds are into it but respectful, and it's a good place to catch a band before they blow up.
